Your file never leaves your phone
Your phone opens the report and keeps only order numbers, dates and amounts. Buyer names, addresses, phone numbers and UPI IDs are dropped before anything is sent. The numbers are then checked on our secure server so nobody can change the result.

Pay only when we find money
The check is free and shows every difference and why. To see the order numbers and ready-made claims, you pay 10% of the differences with strong evidence, minimum ₹49. If that's under ₹300, it's free.
Example: we find ₹6,420 with strong evidence. You pay ₹642, and only to unlock those claims.

Yes. You see every suspected difference, how sure we are, and why, before paying anything.
Which reports do I need?
Your payments or settlement report from the seller panel. Add the orders report to find unpaid orders, and your bank statement to confirm each payout arrived.
Do you file claims inside my seller account?
No. We never log in to your account. We prepare each claim with the order numbers and amounts, you paste it into the panel, and we track it with you.
What if the marketplace changes its report format?
TruePayout recognises columns by their meaning, not their position, and tells you plainly if a file isn't one we can read yet, instead of guessing.
Is my data safe?
Your file stays on your phone. Only the numbers the check needs are sent, encrypted, and you can delete everything with one tap.
